這是相當(dāng)“敏感的”演說。無論上司也好同事也罷，我們對(duì)于別人的晉升難免總會(huì)有幾分“嫉妒”（ENVY）的心情。當(dāng)然這種心情一旦暴露出來，演說就垮了。諸如“這次的晉升對(duì)您來說實(shí)至名歸”（a promotion you richly deserve）這類贊美之辭乃屬必要。
