1.E-mail邀請(qǐng)的寫作注意事項(xiàng)
在主題行寫清會(huì)議名稱、地點(diǎn)和時(shí)間,例如:
Subject:Sales Meeting Beijing 11 July 2007;
在稱呼后直接點(diǎn)明召開會(huì)議的原由,例如:
We need to finalize the next product launch.
提出會(huì)議召開時(shí)間的建議,例如:
We should have a meeting before the Shanghai fair in July. How about June 21?
給對(duì)方一個(gè)選擇時(shí)間的機(jī)會(huì),例如:
If the date mentioned isn’t possible for you, please Suggest an alternative in that week.
2.電話邀請(qǐng)的注意事項(xiàng)
在打電話之前要充分準(zhǔn)備,不僅要交代清楚會(huì)議的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)和目的,還要考慮好禮節(jié)性問(wèn)候和一些寒暄,最好用英語(yǔ)寫下筆記。
詢問(wèn)對(duì)方是否有意開會(huì),例如:
Could we schedule a time to meet next week?
建議會(huì)議時(shí)間,例如:
How about sometime after lunch?
確認(rèn)開會(huì)日期和時(shí)間,例如:
See you on Monday at 7.
