citi's global consumer bank is looking for full-time gcb analysts to join the gcb service development program in asia pacific. candidates will not only acquire prime financial and technical knowledge, but also teamwork and interpersonal skills that enable you to maximize your potential early and to define your own career. this program also helps to develop you as a fundamental resource for future leadership in the area within our consumer banking. as analysts, you will join an intensive training program, where you will receive in-depth education on a variety of these topics to learn the fundamentals of the analyst role. apart from on-the-job training, candidates will attend a one-week training program for all new entry levels. the program begins with orientation and induction sessions providing an overview of citi and specific job training.

we provide you with knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

we're committed to teaching you the ropes. the gcb analyst program trains and grows key players in today's changing economic environment, and will equip you with exposure to core banking distribution channels. the 24-month analyst program starts in april/july and provides structured on-the-job training in one or several consumer banking-related businesses and functions including branch experience.

your time here will look something like this.

the analyst program is dedicated to giving future business leaders a complete view of citi's business. through rotations and career development programming; analysts can expect to finish the program with deep expertise in consumer banking as well as operational intricacies of citi. managed rotations could be within these business areas:

• cborc

• citi lending

• compliance

• credit card & unsecured personal loan

• customer experience

• decision management

• digital banking

• distribution

• finance

• marketing

• operations & technology

• retail banking

• risk management

you will also build skills in:

• strategic thinking

• leadership

• teamwork

• sales and marketing

we want to hear from you if…

• you obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline from a top academic institution graduating with a minimum gpa of 3.2 or above or at least 2nd upper class honors, equivalent.

• you have demonstrated strong leadership; teamwork; and communication skills

• you have a strong understanding of the global banking landscape and place a priority on client service

• you have knowledge of at least one asian language (preferred; but not required)
